Nous disons donc, on prend des pâtissons, que l’on coupe en lamelles, que l’on cuit à l’eau et que l’on égoute, ensuite, dans un plat à gratin, on met une couche de patissons, une couche de lardons et de chèvre, pourquoi pas celui là?, émietté….puis une couche de patissons, puis une couche (ou pas, c’est selon) de chèvre émietté et lardons, puis une couche de patissons puis un peu d’emmenthal (ou de gruyère, ou mieux encore un poil du parmesan reggiano d’Esther) et hop !, au four (chaud) pour 30 à 40 mn, puis on se régale……attention, houuf!, c’est chaud, mais qu’est ce que c’est bon!…..
et toujours….le chèvre chaud avec l’excellente salade de Michel et Béatrice (sans oublier Ana, bien sûr!)…..ou avec de la confiture de figues (celle de suzy ne vont pas tarder….) »
